In Operando HAXPES at the GALAXIES beamline, SOLEIL Synchrotron
Résumé
We will present in this talk an overview of the recent research activities of the newly developed HAXPES endstation at the GALAXIES beamline, SOLEIL Synchrotron [1]. The endstation is operational since 2013. It is devoted to high resolution, high kinetic photoelectron spectroscopy in the tender to hard x-ray x-ray range. The analysis chamber includes a 5-axis cryogenically cooled sample manipulator, a gas cell and liquid microjet, providing a complete set of sample environments. The main focus will be on HAXPES results obtained in-operando conditions. We will specially address electronic changes in materials under in-situ bias and spectroscopy in the liquid phase. Perspectives will be discussed
