Experimental Demonstration Of 20dB Nonreciprocity Around 1.5THz On A InSb Magnetoplasmonic Grating Mirror At 77K

Résumé

Abstract: We demonstrate experimental results on a novel compact terahertz isolator based on a nonreciprocal InSb magnetoplasmonic mirror. Isolating efficiency is compared at 300K and 77K, achieving 20dB at QCL compatible temperatures.
