Laser annealing effect on optical and electrical properties of Al doped ZnO films
Résumé
Silver (Ag) and aluminium doped zinc oxide (AZO) nanoparticles are deposited on silicon substrates by inkjet printing technique for conductive and semiconducting applications respectively. Laser sintering by a Nd-YAG [1] nanosecond pulsed laser is also used to enhance the material properties using suitable wavelengths. To study the effect of laser sintering on the morphology of the obtained films we used scanning electron microscopy. For silver, the laser sintering is expected to enhance the coalescence phenomenon and increase the electrical conductivity. In the case of AZO, the goal is to enhance the flatness and the density of the films for sensor applications as an active surface.
